Processing time
Every order is packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and we’ll follow up once it’s on its way.
Where we ship
Right now, drope ships within Israel. We’re building out international shipping and it’s coming — if you’re outside Israel and want in on the next drop, sit tight. We’ll let you know the moment we open up new destinations.
Rates and delivery times
We’re still finalizing our shipping partners and exact delivery windows, so we’re not going to promise numbers we can’t back up yet. What we can promise: we ship fast, we ship carefully, and shipping costs and estimated delivery times will always be shown clearly at checkout before you pay a shekel.
